The staff was friendly and efficient. I appreciated the quick check-in and the delicious breakfast options with various pastries and hot meals.

Unfortunately, the noise from nearby traffic and rowdy guests disrupted the peaceful atmosphere, making relaxation difficult.

The staff were friendly day and night. The pool area was excellent and the location was unbeatable and stunning, close enough to the airport by taxi and Heraklion town centre, shops and tavernas. Plus, it was approx 15 mins walk from Ammoudara Beach;))
